Michael Gompers, MBA
Chief Operating Officer

Current Responsibilities
Michael serves as the firm's Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for managing various aspects of VTL Associates' business operations . He is also involved in all aspects of researching, designing and developing new, customizable investment strategies designed to provide clients with enhanced, value-added investment management solutions.

Professional Experience
Michael joined VTL Associates in July, 2005.

Before joining VTL Associates, Michael was an accountant with Gompers & Associates in Wheeling, West Virginia. He possesses broad accounting experience, which includes tax return preparation, reconciling accounts, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, and updating general ledgers, chart of accounts and journal entries.

Education
Michael earned his B.S. Degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University and also his MBA in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University.
