Vincent T. Lowry
CEO & Chief Investment Officer

Current Responsibilities
Vince is the founder and CEO of VTL Associates; he also serves as the firm’s Chief Investment Consultant. He is responsible for leading the firm’s investment consulting team, which currently advises institutional investment portfolios with total assets of approximately $20 billion.

Professional Experience
Vince has specialized in effectively serving the investment needs of institutional clients since 1989. Prior to establishing VTL Associates in 2004, Vince was a member of Smith Barney Consulting Group, a division of CitiGroup Global Markets, Inc., from 1984 to 2004. He served as a managing director from 2001 to 2004. For three consecutive years (2002 through 2004), Vince was the sole recipient of Smith Barney’s “Consulting Group Peak Performance Award.”

Vince augments his extensive experience in the areas of investment research and consulting with asset/liability modeling, which provides value-added solutions to pension plans, endowments, tuition account programs, as well as public and private insurance funds. Consequently, due to his extensive background and association in the industry, Vince is uniquely qualified to provide a full range of institutional investment advice and financial consulting services.

Education
Vince earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
